The following is a walkthrough on installing and running the code, along with some basic techniques, presented as a series of tutorials. These are written with the intention of getting a new user to be able to perform advanced research with PhoSim quickly. They also demonstrate several unique uses that are not obvious from the user documentation. The tutorials can also be used for educational purposes for undergraduate or graduate courses
